Adding a 'More Info' status to the list would show the broker that we are awaiting for information from them rather than them thinking it was referred and the underwriters are holding things up.
It's a great idea, I urge you all to give it a thumbs up!

This would also help the team to chase the information.
This would help us as well
This would be extremely handy to us.
Having thought more on this there is also the possibility that the "more info" status unlocks the case/quote for the broker to amend the data and re-submit. This would have two benefits:
1, The broker could have the option to "save draft" where the broker realises after ten minutes of data input they are missing key info and the case would automatically move to "More info" rather than to "Quotation". (making a two stage process possible and redyuce the duplication of cases). This would need a new page or search function in the get quote wizard.
2, The amendments do not have to be undertaken by our CSR's.
Permissions could be switched on and off at a scheme level or broker level?
You could add a feature that when we ask for extra information by email using the built in documents, their reply by email automatically goes into the notes box.
This tool has now been released as part of the interactive Agent and Client Notes feature.
Best wishes,
