How can I print a document with the dynamic fields shown (for underwriter approval)?

I'd like to submit my documents to underwriters for approval with all the fields shown as they are when I'm editing the document, rather than transformed and showing actual policy data.

E.g. to show:

[Client.Name]

...instead of, say:

Mr Smith

Does that make sense?

The following method is useful for showing your underwriters exactly what fields from your application are being used in your document templates, prior to their approval of your scheme.

  1. Enter the Document Editor.
  2. Edit the document you would like to print.
  3. Don't use your browser's print button or the Preview feature.
  4. Instead, look on the toolbar for a print icon (it's next to the Check Spelling) icon.
  5. Click the print button and the document will be printed as it is shown on screen, with all the 'untransformed' fields included.
