As [per conversation with Gill can you look into policy and adivse why no instruction when the premiums where being processed ok !..

Hi Brain,

It appears that we manually cancelled this instruction; I can't see any reference to this policy in previous tickets raised in the support system but as the customers payment method is Direct Debit we can easily retreive the payment information and re-setup this customer.

Can you advice?
