Requote Problem

Hi Guys,

When I Requote a case, Im missing one of the original question pages that was shown in the original creation of the case. It's a conditional page but based on the values it should be shown but isn't.

Any thoughts?

Hi Paul,

There are some issues with this facility where there a trigger questions on subsequent questions or pages.

We are aware of this and will investigate for a future release.

Thanks for the reply. However, this is mission-critical for the launch of this new scheme. Can it be looked at as a matter of urgency please? Please advise.

Hi Paul,

This is a new feature and still has some limitations and issues to resolve.

These will be addressed in a future release - I cannot give you a more accurate timescale at this time.
