Why can't I create claims for my insurance customers?

I can't create claims on some of my customers, any ideas why?

Hi Morris,
There are a few reasons why this might happen. AutoDebit contains a safety check on the Claims tab when you're viewing a customer.
The claims safety check will block anyone from making a claim if:
You have other customers with claims under the same postcode and/or full customer name. (This is to prevent serial fraudsters registering multiple customer accounts in order to create more claims).
Their payments are not up to date. (This check basically fails if the 'Next Payment Due' date is in the past for an active Service),
They don't have any active Payment Methods on their Services.
Note that customers might fall outside of the second two rules above if they are within a free trial period.
Once you have made sure your customers don't fall under the above descriptions, you should be able to create claims for them.
