Hello all,

Something I've been hearing from users of AutoDebit 3 a lot recently is "Why do we have to have different websites to log into to manage our customers and run reports?". 

Often we are forced to launch an entirely new 'Solution' when we are asked to restrict the payment methods available to a specific merchant.

We can't, say, choose 'Payment by cheque only' at a merchant level in AutoDebit 3 so the only way to get the same result is create a wholly new and separate solution where all merchants are subject to this restriction, then add the specific merchant to that solution and create new usernames and passwords for the administrators of that solution.

This is all rather long winded and I'd like to see this change.  To my mind, new AutoDebit solutions with their own usernames and passwords should be launched for a single business only when they are entirely different brands.  In this case it makes sense to have two websites with different designs.

I thought I'd put it on the forum and see if you guys agree with me!
