Can we link Claims entered on a table within the questions be linked to or populate the details on the Claims Tab

If the claims can be linked this way, then we may look at a process to feed details back into schemeserve to ensure up to date information is available for renewal without relying on the client for full disclosure.

No problem putting it on the forum, but could you elaborate on the "differences" between Claims internal to the questions and Claims on the Tab. The confusion is that both refer back to a client, so effectively they are related and logically would be linked ?

The claims records are not generated by the Questions in any way, they are created from within the case manually and are then used to calculate loss ratio figures in reports such as Renewals Due.

The Client ID is stored within the claims record and everything is within the Case but there is no link available from data entered into a claims type table and the claims area - they are totally separate

It would be usefull if the claims details could be cross ref with the client details as we produce our SOF from the client details and it would save us having to check claims agianst the SOF at each renewal

Thinking ahead, i would be looking to incorporate Cue & 192  Lookups into our schemes (compatibility permitting), and would need a way to populate a clients record with the data from the external reports so as to ensure full disclosure
