Make payments made on a case available in reports created by inception.

It would be extremely useful to have access to the payments made against a case available in reports other than the transaction report. This would enable us to more easily create statements and run meaningful aged debt reports.

This would also be a big benifit to us, as our agents will nearly always at some point quiery a transaction and its history.
