Hello all,
This is a much requested feature that has not yet made its way on to this happy forum, so I thought I should put it on here and see how many votes it receives in the context of other feature requests.
Essentially, the feature would comprise new question types in the SchemeServe Questions editor like Client.Name, Client.Address etc. By including these fields you could:
1. Ask the client questions in advance of the place we currently ask them on Direct Schemes (at the end);
2. Prevent double entry on schemes where Client details are also shared by other fields (e.g. Proposer, First Tradesman, Lead Traveller).
In the case of the presence of these fields, the existing client fields shown at the end of Get Quote would still be present - but pre-populated. Unfortunately they could not be omitted entirely because very often in the examples described above (point 2) the client still needs the opportunity to change the billing/client details.
Happy voting!
Best wishes,
Adam

I think this would be very useful and help on the Direct Schemes
This will be invaluable to us on both direct and wholesale schemes. Allowing the merging of client and policy records will make the whole quote process a lot slicker. Can't wait.
We are now testing this feature prior to release.
This is now available on LABS.
